After you completed your order, you should have received an email confirmation to the address you provided. This email includes your order number.
You can also login to your account, or you can create an account if you have not created an account before. Once you have signed in to your portal, click on the account tab on the top left. From there, you should be able to view your Order History, assuming you used the same email for these transactions.
If you have logged in and still cannot locate your tracking number, you may have used a different email during the ordering process. You can add another email at the bottom of your account page to associate those orders with your account.
Pre-orders will typically ship in accordance with the estimate in the product description page. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your pre-order is sent out.
Unfortunately, we are not offering international pre-orders. However, we typically will offer the ability to purchase nearly all products internationally once they are released. This is due to the international distribution relationships we have established. Once we do this, we'll be sure to let you know.
All of the above! Simply email us at email@example.com with the current email associated with your TBP online account AND a valid photo ID (or something) that shows you are who you say you are. We will get that notated on your account for all future orders.
