What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate the activities of writers, directors, editors, and artists throughout animation, live action, printed media, digital media, and podcast production.
Monitor post-production processes in order to ensure accurate completion of all details.
Perform management activities such as budgeting, production scheduling, and scope management.
Conduct meetings with staff to discuss production progress and to ensure production objectives are attained.
Prepare operational reports.
Assist Managing Producer in miscellaneous tasks.
Develop and grow trust based relationships with each project team member.
Required Skills and Qualifications
3+ year project management experience.
Excellent communicator within a multitude of mediums (phone, email, written, public and personal interactions.)
Organized, driven, problem solver, proactive leader, encourager.
Able to work within existing systems and systematize new processes.
Proficient in Excel, Google Docs, and Dropbox file management.
Desire to learn new skills. Highly curious.
Experience interacting with and managing print production vendors.
An understanding and/or appreciation of digital media.
An understanding and/or appreciation for inclusion of diversity (gender, race, Christian faith traditions, etc.).
An understanding and/or appreciation of the Bible.
This position is full-time and will operate out of our office in Portland, Oregon.
You will be reporting to Miriam Chesbro, Managing Producer
Salary varies depending upon experience
