We are seeking an innovative and business-savvy Analytics Manager to plan and oversee our business intelligence and analytics strategies. You will work with directors within The Bible Project to aid and assist in making strategic decisions based on insights from data.

Generosity is core to our strategy, as we make our animated videos, podcasts, classes, and other materials free for everyone to use. We are now focusing significant attention on business intelligence and digital insights in order to support this mission.
We are seeking an innovative and business-savvy Analytics Manager to plan and oversee our business intelligence and analytics strategies. You will work with directors within The Bible Project to aid and assist in making strategic decisions based on insights from data. You will oversee contracted digital analysts and developers to extract and interpret raw data to derive valuable insights for our internal business operations, audience engagement, and digital experience team members. You will be responsible for developing and implement analytics solutions, track key performance metrics to improve business performance, and present regular reports to senior management.
To excel in this role, you will have a background in analytics and statistics, have keen intuition into different area of the business and tease out data insight needs from senior leaders.The ability to foster relationships with staff across departments and be motivated to continuously achieve positive results will be essential to yours, and our, success.
Compensation Salary will vary depending on experience. Includes a generous benefits package with medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off (PTO)
Location This position is full-time and will operate out of our office in Portland, Oregon.
